At Hinomi, we want you to experience ultimate ergonomic comfort; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via the returns portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Disassemble the furniture carefully and place all components, including tools and manuals, back into the original Hinomi protective packaging.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a convenient pickup from your home or office.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for damages, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
